In our facility which has a capacity of 11.000 tons / year with fully automatic 1.600 and 2.000 tons press lines, we serve with our large mold archive. 

In our facility which has Qualicoat quality certificate 7.000 tons / year dyeing capacity, we can paint profiles up to 7500 mm in desired RAL colors.

In our anodizing facility with a capacity of 5.000 tons / year, matt, glossy and colored surfaces are coated. We can also obtain decorative appearance by brushing on the surface of the profiles with steel brush (satine) upon request. Profiles up to 7,000 mm in length are anodized.

In our mold house which has 750 pieces / year mold making capacity and equipped with modern technology machine tools, design and design are made according to customer request as well as standard profile molds. Technical support is provided by our experienced staff, so that special molds are both economical and easy to apply.

In our mechanical processing workshop, processes such as drilling, sorting, milling, threading and deburring are performed with high tolerances with high technology machines and eccentric presses.

In our fully automatic packaging line, the materials which are packaged according to the request of the customer and made ready for shipment are sent to the customer through our vehicle.
