In 1990, our company entered the aluminum sector with electrostatic powder painting and started profile production by commissioning an 800-ton extrusion press in 1996. In early 2000, our company increased its production capacity to 3.600 tons/year with the 1600 ton press it commissioned in early 2000, continued its investments without interruption and today it is one of the fully integrated companies capable of producing 25.000 tons/year of aluminum profiles with 3 aluminum extrusion press lines in its 3 facilities of 18.000 m2 closed in Kocaeli/Gebze, 5.000 tons/year anodizing coating capacity, 7.000 tons/year electrostatic powder coating capacity, 750 pieces/year mold production capacity and the ability to perform all production stages. Our company, which can produce profiles up to 350 mm in width, 200 mm in diameter and 14000 mm in length, can make the molds designed according to customer demands ready in its own mold shop in the desired time. In addition, mechanical processes such as cutting, drilling, assembly, etc. are also carried out in the mechanical processing workshop. Our company, which works customer-oriented and adopts the principle of producing quality goods, has standardized its production by obtaining ISO 9001, CE, Qualicoat and TSE quality certificates. Our company, which responds to the demands of the construction and industrial sector with its standard and special profile series, exports 40% of its production to foreign markets. With its 2 sales stores in Istanbul/Umraniye, it carries out retail sales of profiles and by-products all over Turkey. Extrusion
We provide service with our wide mold archive in our facility with a capacity of 25.000 tons/year with fully automatic 1600, 2000 and 3000 ton press lines. We can produce 6000 series alloy profiles up to 350 mm in width, 200 mm in diameter and 14000 mm in length. 1st class billet is used in our extrusion lines and our products have TSE and CE quality certificates.
Powder Coating
With our "Qualicoat" and "Seaside" quality certificates, we can paint profiles up to 7500 mm in length in all desired RAL colors in our facility with a painting capacity of 7,000 tons per year. Being sensitive to the environment, we use lead-free paints in surface pretreatment coating, crom-free and static paint.
Anodizing
With our Qualanod quality certificate, profiles up to 7000 mm in length are anodized as matt, glossy or colored surface in our anodizing facility with a capacity of 5000 tons/year. Depending on demand, we can also achieve a decorative appearance with satin finish.
Mechanical Process
In our mechanical processing workshop, processes such as drilling, sizing, milling, threading, deburring are carried out with precision tolerances with the latest technology machines and eccentric presses. Palletizing, crating or cartoning is done according to demand for the profiles whose mechanical processing is completed.
