Yavuzlar Aluminum;

  • To recruit qualified manpower with the knowledge and skills required by their duties.

Orientation Process



The orientation program at Yavuzlar Alüminyum; Company definition, Human Resources Policy, Occupational Health and Safety is to accelerate the adaptation process of new employees in all positions as blue and white collar. Our newly recruited colleagues are first shown the introductory movie of our company and general presentations are made about our company. Afterwards, these colleagues are given detailed information about the department and company they will work in through more comprehensive trainings and presentations. In addition, upon the completion of the field tour where the factories are visited, the employees are directed to the work areas where the vocational orientation on-the-job process will begin and the "Welcome to Our Team" system is activated for our new colleagues.

Internship periods at Yavuzlar are evaluated in two different categories, summer and winter:

Summer Internship

Summer compulsory internship applications for university students are received online until April each year. Internship applications are evaluated in April - May and summer internship plans are prepared. In mid-May, all candidates whose internship applications are accepted are informed by phone. Candidates whose internship applications are not accepted are also informed about their internship application status via e-mail.

Winter Term Internship

Winter term compulsory internship applications for senior vocational and technical high school students are received online until April each year. In April - May, internship applications are evaluated and winter internship plans are prepared. In May, all candidates whose internship applications are accepted are given the necessary information by phone. The internship, which starts with the academic semester, continues 3 days a week until the schools close.
