With a capacity of 750 moulds/year, our molding shop has machine tools equipped with modern technology. In addition to standard profile molds, design and design are also made according to customer requirements. By providing technical support by our experienced staff, it is ensured that special molds are both economical and easy to apply.
Our Molding Department
Our Molding Department, which is located at the beginning of aluminum profile production, has the capacity to produce 750 sets of molds annually with its specialized staff, technological machine park and 3D solid model (CAD-CAM) programs.
It aims to keep customer satisfaction at the highest level by preparing molds that realize minimum waste and maximum production by updating the mold technology it has with the connections it has made at home and abroad. We ensure superior quality standards by improving traceability, reporting and performance criteria.
