In our 5000 tons/year capacity Anodizing facility with Qualanod quality certificate, coating is performed on matte, glossy and colored surfaces. Upon request, we can also achieve a decorative appearance with the brushing process applied to the surface of the profiles with a steel brush (satin). Profiles up to 7000 mm in length are anodized.
Anodized Coating
Anodizing: the process of oxidation of aluminum by electrolytic method. The purpose of the coating is to increase the corrosion resistance of aluminum and to add both aesthetic and functional values to it. Paint adhesion and light fastness for anodizing are made according to customer requirements.
Anodizing is an electrochemical process in which aluminum is coated with a protective film of aluminum oxide (Al2O3) 5 to 25 microns deep in the case of a protective anodization and up to 100 microns in the case of hard anodization.
The anodized coating provides the profile with excellent protection, especially against moisture and dust. It also increases its durability and resistance to wear, tear and corrosion and provides an aesthetic finish in an unlimited number of colors.
- Anodized E0, E2, E3, E6 surface treatments are applied in Qualanod standards.
- Colors; EV1, EV2, EV3, EV4, EV5, EV6 - C0, C31, C32, C33, C34, C
- Nickel and Tin coloring is applied.
- 25 micron thick anodized coating up to 8m paint
