In our surface treatment chemical pools, our profiles prepared for powder coating are meticulously suspended, air-held and processed in our robotic electrostatic powder coating facility suitable for the latest system corona and tribo paint. With our 27-meter tunnel oven +3-meter infaret heaters, the profiles that have completed the baking time in the baking oven by shocking are taken to the waiting hanger after passing through the cooling system. After visual control is provided, micron measurements are made, placed in baskets in line with the quality directive and directed to the next station.

Our paint shop facility meets the standards of "Qualicoat", "Seaside" technical specifications. Our powder coating facility has a capacity of approximately 2,000 tons per year and different ral codes can be made in accordance with European standards.
