Since 1990, Yavuzlar Alüminyum has brought every step of production — from aluminum extrusion to anodizing and electrostatic powder coating — together under one roof at its 18,000 m² enclosed facility in Gebze, delivering standard and custom profile solutions to the construction and industrial sectors.
Our company entered the aluminum industry in 1990 with electrostatic powder coating and began profile production in 1996 with the commissioning of an 800-ton extrusion press. With the 1,600-ton press brought online in early 2000, we raised our capacity to 3,600 tons/year and have continued to invest without pause ever since. Today, at our 18,000 m² enclosed facility in Gebze, Kocaeli, three aluminum extrusion press lines give us an output of 25,000 tons of aluminum profiles per year, alongside 5,000 tons/year of anodizing capacity, 7,000 tons/year of electrostatic powder coating capacity and a die shop able to produce 750 dies per year — making us one of the fully integrated manufacturers capable of handling every stage of production in-house. We produce profiles up to 350 mm in width, 200 mm in diameter and 14,000 mm in length, and dies designed to customer specifications are made ready in our own die shop within the requested lead time. In our mechanical processing workshop, we also perform operations such as cutting, drilling and assembly on request. Customer-focused and committed to quality manufacturing, we have standardized our production with ISO 9001, CE, Qualicoat and TSE quality certificates. Serving the construction and industrial sectors with standard and custom profile series, we export 40% of our production to international markets. Through our two retail stores in Ümraniye, Istanbul, we sell profiles and complementary products throughout Turkey. We carry out every stage of aluminum profile production — aluminum extrusion, anodizing, electrostatic powder coating, mechanical processing, and packaging and shipment — at our own facility, under one roof. This fully integrated setup, running from the die designed in our own die shop to the product ready for shipment, gives your projects speed, traceability and consistent quality.
With 1,600-, 2,000- and 3,000-ton press lines and a capacity of 25,000 tons/year, we draw on an extensive die library to produce 6000-series alloy profiles up to 350 mm in width, 200 mm in diameter and 14,000 mm in length. Our lines run on first-class billet, and our products hold TSE and CE quality certificates.
Backed by our Qualicoat and Seaside quality certificates, we coat profiles up to 7,500 mm in length in any RAL color at our facility with an annual coating capacity of 7,000 tons. As part of our environmental commitment, we use chrome-free surface pretreatment and lead-free powder coatings.
In our Qualanod-certified anodizing plant with a capacity of 5,000 tons/year, profiles up to 7,000 mm in length receive anodized coatings in matte, bright or colored finishes. On request, a satin treatment adds a decorative appearance.
In our mechanical processing workshop, operations such as drilling, cutting to length, milling, threading and deburring are carried out to tight tolerances on state-of-the-art machines and eccentric presses. Once machining is complete, profiles are palletized, crated or boxed according to your requirements.
At our Gebze facility, we cover part of our energy needs with rooftop solar panels, shrinking our carbon footprint. Europe is our most active export market. Delivering your order at the quality we commit to and on the date we promise is, for us, the foundation of our partnership.
