Our Extrusion Lines
Yavuzlar Alüminyum produces aluminum extrusions at its fully integrated plant in Gebze, running three press lines rated at 1,600, 2,000 and 3,000 tons. Our lines process premium-quality billet, and the aluminum profiles we produce are certified to TSE and CE standards.
Our annual capacity of 25,000 tons is supported by an extensive archive of dies designed and machined in our own die shop, so alongside our standard series we can respond quickly and flexibly to project-specific aluminum profile requests. In 6000 series alloys we produce profiles up to 350 mm wide, 200 mm in diameter and 14,000 mm long. The experience we have built over the years goes into every order, carried by our end-to-end production discipline.
