In our fully automatic packaging line, the materials are packaged according to the customer's request and made ready for shipment and sent to the customer with our vehicles. The protection tape applied to the surface of the profile after surface treatment provides protection to the profiles by preventing scratching during the packaging process until the profile is assembled. According to customer demand, we also have packaging alternatives such as wooden crates, cartons and pallets.
Packaging Service
We treat packaging as the final inspection step of production within our ISO 9001 quality management system. Aluminum profiles extruded on our three press lines and surface-finished by anodizing or electrostatic powder coating are prepared on an order-by-order basis on our fully automatic packaging line. Spacers and stacking layout are determined by profile length, cross-section and surface type. For architectural system profiles, mechanically processed parts and export shipments, we use whichever of our wooden crate, carton and pallet options best suits the product. Our aim is for the profile surface to retain its day-one quality throughout storage, handling and transport.
Shipping Service
We deliver to our own retail stores and project customers across Turkey, and we export around 40% of our production, primarily to Europe, so shipment planning is a natural part of our workflow. Shipments are scheduled for dispatch in line with the delivery date agreed at the time of order. A large share of domestic deliveries is made from our facility in Gebze with our own vehicles. For export loads, package lengths are planned in advance to match container and truck dimensions, and packing lists and product labels are prepared to speed up customs clearance and goods-receipt processes. From dispatch to delivery, our sales team keeps customers informed about the status of their shipment.
