Mechanical Processing
As one of the final links in our fully integrated operation in Gebze, our mechanical processing facility with 1,800 m² of covered space turns the aluminum profiles produced on our extrusion lines into project-ready components.
Profiles in our facility are cut to length, drilled, milled, tapped and deburred. Our seven CNC-controlled multi-axis 3D machining stations handle profiles up to 7.7 meters long, and our high-precision saws work to an angle tolerance of 1°. Across all operations we machine to a general accuracy of ±0.1 mm. Our eccentric presses handle high-volume cutting and punching with high repeatability, and we also take on component assembly on request.
Integrating mechanical processing into our production chain gives our customers a clear advantage: each profile completes every stage under one roof, from the die shop and aluminum extrusion through anodizing or electrostatic powder coating to packaging. Intermediate transport is eliminated, lead times are shortened and the entire process is managed by a single point of contact.
